Right of access to your data

On the page your data we will explain in detail what personal data we need from you in order to use on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO data required for contract purposes or on the basis of legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO for economic and effective operation of our business operations.

In addition, you can receive written information about which personal data we have specifically stored about you as a user of our platform. Please proceed as follows:

  2. Send the document and a copy of your identity card* to the following address: blogfoster GmbH, Department: Datenschutz, Wattstraße 11, 13355 Berlin.
  3. We will contact you by post within 30 days according to the legal requirements.

*We require your address and copy of your ID card to ensure that no one other than you receives information about your personal information from blogfoster.


Additional rights for users:

You can always correct or add data. This is possible under the settings in your account
The data stored with us is deleted as soon as it’s no longer necessary for its purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any legal storage requirements. Deletion will be done by deleting the account at blogfoster at the settings in your account .
Unless the data isn’t deleted because they are required for other legitimate purposes, their processing will be restricted meaning the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example for data of users who must be kept for commercial or tax reasons. According to legal requirements, storage takes place for 6 years in accordance with § 257 (1) HGB (trading books, inventories, opening balance sheets, annual accounts, trade letters, accounting documents, etc.) and for 10 years pursuant to § 147 (1) AO (books, records, management reports, accounting records, trade and business letters, documents relevant to taxation, etc.).
Users may object to the future processing of their personal data in accordance with legal requirements at any time. The objection may in particular be made against usage for direct marketing purposes.
